Wake slowly and enjoy the peace of the Exe valley before the day begins. Option to join us as we bring in the horses, let the chickens out, greet the family dogs, and savour a quiet cup of tea while the farm gently comes to life.
The Start

Our morning practices weave together movement, breathwork, sound and meditation to awaken the body, quieten the mind and set the rhythm and focus for the day ahead.
The Class

Explore the surrounding countryside and South West Coast Path, with guided walks, wild swimming opportunities, and time immersed in nature.
No two days are quite the same, but each is designed to leave you feeling grounded, energised, and refreshed.

An afternoon dedicated entirely to you. Relax in the house and gardens,paint outside, enjoy your daily massage, book a one-to-one yoga therapy session, read, journal, nap, or simply do nothing at all.
Rest & Restore
5:00pm
A gentle gathering to reflect on the day through conversation, journalling and quiet contemplation. Participation is always an invitation, never an expectation
Sharing Circle & Reflection
7:00pm
Our chef prepares a beautiful evening meal inspired by Ayurvedic principles, celebrating seasonal ingredients and supporting rest, digestion and wellbeing. Around the table we share good food, thoughtful conversation and plenty of laughter.
Evening Feast
9:00pm
We close the day with a calming evening practice designed to settle the nervous system, encourage deep relaxation and prepare you for a restorative night’s sleep.
